Maintenance COntracts

Why Maintenance?

Everyone knows the old saying, "Out of sight out of mind." This could not ring more true for an HVAC system. They quietly work in the background day and night to keep your home cool or warm. Like your car, an HVAC system requires maintenance to keep it in tip-top shape and prevent costly and inconvenient breakdowns. However, even your car doesn't run nearly non-stop for years on end. Catching problems early helps keep small issues from turning into big ones. It also helps to extend the life of your investment and gives you something priceless..peace of mind.

If I don't?

As with anything, long-time neglect can lead to costly repairs down the road. Take for instance your condenser coils. Over time they accumulate dirt and if not cleaned can lead to reduced system efficiency, reduced cooling, and even compressor overheating. Even simple drain line clogging can cause your system to shut down (As a safety precaution.) It will eventually fail when your HVAC system is constantly stressed to its limit. HVAC systems are happiest when everything is maintained and working as it should.
